The Super Bowl, NY Yankees and US Dollars
Tiffany designed the NY Yankees emblem, the Super Bowl trophy (since 1966) and redesigned the Great Seal of the United States, a design you can find today on the back of the Dollar Bill.
Their exceptional quality and craftsmanship has always been a signature of Tiffany, making them the most representative American luxury brand. Tiffany has also designed trophies for the NBA, US Open, PGA Tour and others.
Tiffany's Blue Color - The Story Behind
From "Breakfast at Tiffany's" To "Sex & the City"
There is no denial that Audrey Hepburn immortalized Tiffany in the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" as Holly Golightly. The magnificent story showed the magic of owning a piece of Tiffany's jewelry, played beautifully by Audrey. This was the first and only time a movie crew was ever allowed to film inside the store (along with 40 security guards).
During the filming of the HBO TV Series "Sex & the City" they payed homage to the movie by filming a scene outside of their Manhattan location (Watch the scene here).
Own A Piece Of Picasso With Tiffany
One of the most sought-after designers to collaborate with the brand for many years is Paloma Picasso, daughter of the one and only Pablo Picasso. As an art lover and Picasso fanatic myself, I had to own a piece of Paloma's collections. Several of her pieces evoke and pay tribute to her father's art and icons. Truly fascinating that the brand has started and keeps these kind of collaborations which are history in the making.
